This six-week parenting program was designed exclusively for parents who have children that are hyperactive, inattentive, stubborn or strong-willed, anxious, or pessimistic.  Typical punishment based parenting programs bring out the worst in these temperament types and parents are often frustrated over not being able to make a positive difference in their child's life.  Parents simply insert the VHS tape or DVD and follow along with the Participants Guide.  Each session last approximately 30 minutes and homework is given following each session.
