Play Therapy 101: The Basics of Working with Children
This workshop is designed for the beginner play therapist and will be centered around gaining a basic knowledge of the history of Play Therapy as well as foundation skills in working with children. The afternoon section of this workshop will allow participants to gain hands on experience in a variety of play therapy techniques ranging from creative art exercises, experiential activities, and directive techniques. Rehearsal of activities will be encouraged to facilitate the learning process.

(NBCC) and The
National Association for Play Therapy (APT) recognize Healing KIDZ, Inc. as an
